Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa. Stir to combine.
In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the beef mixture at the bottom.
Place 3 lasagna noodles on top of the beef mixture.
Spread half of the remaining beef mixture over the noodles.
Add a layer of sour cream and sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese.
Repeat layers: noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, and cheese.
Top with the final layer of noodles, remaining salsa, and cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
