Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
In another bowl, prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
Pour the prepared cake batter over the strawberries, spreading it evenly.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cake mix.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Top with whipped cream and powdered sugar before serving.
