- 1 lb of sirloin steak cut into bite-sized cubes
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley chopped
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add the steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Reduce the heat to medium and add minced garlic to the skillet.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and toss the steak bites in the garlic butter.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
