Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork or chicken
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground pork or chicken and cook until browned.
  • Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  • Add diced bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix in the coleslaw mix and stir until wilted.
  • Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar, stirring to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions.
