Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
Stir until everything is well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Evenly spread the remaining Swiss cheese on top.
In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
