Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup cooked ham diced
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced ham, and 1 cup of Swiss cheese.
  • Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  • Stir until everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • Evenly spread the remaining Swiss cheese on top.
  • In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cheese layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
